with the help of another board member, I came up with a new routine to help me bulk up and hit my peak once summer comes. I do crunches twice a week and before i start my working sets, i do one warm-up (no weights) set with 15 reps. afterwards, i do 2 working sets. day 1: (chest, triceps) 1. flat bp 2x10-8 2. incline bp 2x10-8 3. pec deck 2x10-8 4. pushdowns 2x10-8 5. tricep press 2x10-8 day 2: (biceps, back) 1. curls 2x10-8 2. hammer 1x10 3. concentration 1x10 4. lat pulldowns 2x10-8 5. cable row 2x10-8 6. hyperextensions 2x10-8 day 3: (legs, shoulders) 1. leg press 2x10-8 2. leg extensions 2x10-8 3. dumbbell squats (or) hamstring curls 2x10-8 4. military shoulder press 2x10-8 5. front & lateral raises 2x10-8
