Breakfast: 6 eggwhites with oatmeal and protein shake Lunch: Grilled chicken breast with brown rice or whole wheat bread with steamed veges Snack: Meal replacement protein bar with banana and or yogurt WORK OUT Snack: protien shake with fruits or veges Snack before or after dinner tuna sandwich wheat bread with veges (optional) Dinner: either grilled beef, steak, or chicken with salad and brown rice I am open to suggestions and opinions as I am still new to eating right. Any advice is appreciated Thanks.

Eat the whole egg! the yoak is what holds all the amino acids in it the egg whites are pretty much just all protein

looks solid, but do eat those eggs whole add verggies to your last meal im guessing this is your first bulk and you're pretty light ? you could add some cottage cheese + natural PB before bed add more veggies to your last meal see how that goes and add more calories where necessary try not to eat the supplements and focus on the whole foods and, finally, make sure you're eating right pre+post workout
