Purple Wrath
Chromium Picolante
Glutamine (morning and nighttime (10g total))
Hyperdrolx2 (3x daily)
fish oil (breakfast and dinner)
AST multi (am/pm)
Flaxseed (breakfast dinner)
B complex (50mg after lunch)
Higher power micro creatine
Higher Power AAKG powder (arginine) (morning on empty stomach and hour before workout)

2 hours preworkout full meal
1 hour pre AAKG 5g
30 minutes pre -5 g Creatine
immideiatly Pre -1 g/lb whey, .2 g/lb Dextrose, Purple Wrath (sip before and during)
During -          .2 g/lb Dextrose (start sipping after 3rd excercise)

For post workout im going ot be doing something called the osmotic acceleration Principle
where bascailly ill mix 9g creation with 65g Dextrose and drink it down with 10 oz of water then 10 minutes later another 10 oz of water

This is where i dont weather i should eat a full meal an hour after working out  or have a scoop of whey 30 minutes after working out then a meal 30 minutes after the whey??

(i get confused because people have made it seem like creatine takes the place of protien postworkout but hows that possible)

Before bed = 2 scoops of ON casien w/ skim milk (or should i just go with water)

And Yes i do have a perfect nutrition plan made out.

Let me know what u guys think, ill also be keeping a super detailed log as well.
