Hi.
Tonight is my first proper training session now that I have my new, adjustable dumbells.
It is my arms and shoulders day today.
I will try doing it with both arms, although I might stop with the right arm because of my broken hand.
I will be doing 3 sets of 10 on every exercise.
My current weight without my cast is around 67kg (147 lbs).
The exercises I will be doing are as follows:
Bicep curls(11kg - 24lbs), one-hand triceps extension(5kg - 11lbs), hammer curls(11kg - 24lbs), reverse wrist curls(5kg - 24lbs), front raises(5kg - 11lbs) , lateral raises(5kg - 11lbs) and shoulder press(5kg - 11lbs).
I will update as often as possible.

EDIT: My freind and I have a deal. He has to have a 6-pack without tensing, and I have to be atleast 70kg by the time school starts in about 7 weeks.

Ok. Did the workout with only me left arm as it was hurting my right hand when I held weights in my right hand.

Did the exercises stated up there, but with the shoulder exercises(shoulder press, front raises and lateral raises) I used a 7.5kg (16.5lbs) weight. I found that the shoulder press was really tireing.

Today is my rest day, and I would normally do karate, but because of my broken hand, I will skip it.

It is 12:30 midday her in Melbourne, Australia and it's the 6th of December 2005.
Today is my neck, back and ab workout day.
My workout will consist of 3 sets of 10 for the neck and back, and with the abs I will do weighted sit-ups (3 sets, 10 reps) with some variation ie: start with legs and upper body off the ground out stretched and then I will bend my knees and bring them back towards my waist and my upper body will come forward and I will try to get my knees and chest to touch. Hope that makes sense.
My neck and back exercises will consist of:
Upright-rows
Shrugs
Bent-over rows
All of these will be done with 7.5kg (16.5lbs) dumbells (not including the sit-ups).
I will post again once I have done my workout.

Did the routine, minus the ab workout because I forgot.
I did the shrugs and the upright-rows with a 10-11kg weight.
The upright-rows got to be really difficult.

Today is my arm day.
Will be the same as before, and still only using my left arm.

It was a reasonably hard workout.
Shoulder press was killing me again (in a good way).
