I have a 12% body fat and i am trying to get this down to 8-9%

Do you thing this program will increase my muscle size and hopefully shed the extra weight i have???

Thanx

I definitely agree- Full body workouts aren't as effective as breaking the body into different muscle groups and giving them more attention.
