I started going back to the gym about a 2 months ago after 3yrs off due to disability susatained in Iraq and I have to say I think the products I have been using have been working great. I took nothing for my first 2 weeks so that I could ease my way back into working out. I then started to take Gakic which is by far the worst tasting product I have ever tried. I thought it worked great, I defenitly got stronger and noticed an abillity to workout longer and harder with more weight. Currently I am taking nitro-tech extreme post work out, glutamine post work out, and am taking NO2 CE2 stack with 17-HD seems to be working good for me. Does anyone know if you need to cycle off 17-HD? I plan on taking 17-HD for a month and then moving to animal M stak or T-bomb 2, any comments or sugestions?

I would suggest cycling test boosters. A good multi-Vitamin is what you're missing. Your routine could use a little work, and running is no excuse to not work out your legs.
