Ok so i was lifting today on this new routine brihead's mentioned a few times, today was my 3rd day on the routine and im loving it.

So i was training and a friend who competes in powerlifting was helping and watching me and was really surprised with my technique, weight, and how much i was lifting etc and so was i tbh.

Ok so heres my lifts (not including warm up sets, and including the weight of the bar)

Deadlift - 5x2 - 100kg, 5x1 - 130kg - found this very easy, used just my back and legs slightly bent so a little hamstring but basically that was a straight leg deadlift. Could of gone onto do much more on the last but i dont wana get cocky ide rather have slow progress than get injured.

Squat - 5x3 - 140kg - done this two days on the trot relitivly easy, great form, and once again dont want to pile on the weight and risk anything, but aslong as my powerlifting buddy is there next session im gonna add 5-10kg

Bench(my weakness) - 5x4 - 60kg - ok so i didnt stick exactly to Briheads routine today but i was doing so well and was so surprised with my strengh that i didnt want to leave knowing i could have done ALOT more.

Next session im gonna try up the weight and stick to the recommended sets, but i couldnt stop deadlifting today loved it and it was so easy.

So my spotter today was like "wow ur really strong, uve got a lot of pottential seriously" and i was like wow i never even gave lifting a thaught especially when it came to competing like he does etc. and hes got one of those "hes a ****ing machine" build lol u know, pretty high bf but looks so frickin huge and strong, and the fact hes got a TINY waist compared to his back and sholders, just looks awesome.

P.s - thanks again brihead im loving this routine its so much fun

Hey, I just noticed this post today.  Nice lifts man!

Just remember one thing - slow and steady progression is key.  Don't max out right away.  Add 5 - 10 lbs. to your squat every workout, 10 lbs. to your deadlift every time you deadlift, 5 lbs. or less to the bench and overhead press, and about 5 lbs. to the power clean (or rows if you're substituting them in for cleans).

The longer you're able to progress in weights, the better off you will be.

I'd like to see what you can do for a regular deadlift if you can 130 kg x 5 for straight-leg. That squat is quite good for your weight, IMO.
