My ab work out...

My abs work out is MUCH more intense than ol' 8 packs. Why the hell don't I get the resaults he does?! I know I'm young... But does that really matter with abs? People tell me that we all have six packs only fat is covoring it up... I have allmost no fat on my stomach. Heres my ab work out. It's simple but intense. Crunches, 100x5 Sit ups, 100x3+ 1-2 min rest between sets. I usually rest 1-2 days a week. I've been doing this for a month or two. I have a 4 pack and that's all! Is it becuase I'm only 13 years old? I don't think so becuase my friend has a 6 pack and is only 14. Thanks, SuperCoolFool.

Well your routine is an endurance routine, you will not get much results from that. Funny your young and dont have abs, I remember back in middle school, every kid had abs just because. You need an intense routine. and my routine isnt supposed to be sick, its only for beginners
