Hey guys this is a routine I came up with while in detention... I am 16 years old and weigh 175lbs. I am trying to cut down to 160. Plan Get in better shape first by focusing on cardio but still on routine. Don't know how long but will find out. After I feel like I'm in better shape, start routine the way you see it. Monday- Arms, Upper Body Tuesday- Cardio: Run for 20 min @ 6mph and walk for 20 @ 3.5mph Wensday- Shoulders and Back Thursday- Legs, Abs, Upper Body Friday- Cardio: Same as above Saturday- Rest Sunday- Cardio: Same as above Everyday besides tuesday friday and sunday I would run for 15 minutes and then come in and do my exercises The workouts should be done in a span of 30min to 1hr15min any help would be greatly appreciated like what workouts and so on... -David
