Going the gym now will fix this up in about hour and a half IL BE BACK! will be 6-8 weeks long all natural will post stats and that when i come back hope the gym is empty my goal is to gain a whole lot of mass on my legs and calves, will be doing legs once a week and calves 3 times a week MY stats current squat 70 kg at 3 sets(154.3235733228)lbs deadlift 80 kg at 3 sets(176.3697980832)lbs bench 50 kg at 3 sets(110.231123802)lbs hieght 6ft3 waight 11.5 stone was 8.5 bodyfat

MY stats current squat 70 kg at 3 sets(154.3235733228)lbs deadlift 80 kg at 3 sets(176.3697980832)lbs bench 50 kg at 3 sets(110.231123802)lbs So today the gym was pretty empty so as soon as i got in a was on the smith machine doing squats i tried doing a pyramid trasinig session so here goes first set of squats ten reps i did 60 kgs was quite good could feel my ass working now second set 70 kgs was getting harder could feel everything working usualy my normal waight final set, time for a lil test 75 kgs oh now its starting to hurt. So i finished that and moved on to my shoulders and tris for a while give my legs a rest i did a new type of workout fro my shoulders, i did 1 set of military press at 30 kgs then 40 kgs then 45 kgs next the side delts, i did super sets 1 set of 10 kgs then right after i did 8 kgs and again right away 6 kgs, repeat and that was my side delts after that i did upright rows for my rear and side delts two 16 kgs dumbells two sets becouse now this was burning and was somthing now for me i know this is going to work. So shoulders out the way back to my legs, as im quite new to squats i usualy just do them for my legs but today was going to be a new workout plan where i am going to do more, if i want tree trunks im gonna have to work hard so next was leg extensions i did 3 sets of 40 kgs, wow even more pain not somthing im used to in the gym really maybe i was going to easy on myself my hamstrings were sore so i stayed away from working them newt was my calves i did 2 sets of 40 on the machine and 1 set of step-ups on the smith machine using a plate to step up thats my first entry till next time

well time for my second entry tada!!!!! today tried squats properly, i usually do them on a smith machine and guess what its harder on a smith machine, i think it is becouse when you wobble you are couseing friction well i did 3 sets of 72 kgs definatly gone stronger i usually do a light medium and heavy sets but i went straight for the heavy ones, well for me anyway was a bit frustraited so i went home after my deadlifts and calves. if all is well through the week i might even do them on wednesday peace out all, till next time
