Woo Hoo I finally got it monday night! Tuesday was the first day of training with NO Limits.

First I think I should state my goals and talk a little about what I'm working towards. As of January 2007 I weighed 162 pounds. I would like to weigh 180 pounds and then start cutting. My current weight is 171 pounds. My career(s) kind of complicates a typical "bulking" cycle because they require me to do a lot of cardio and excercises that I typically wouldn't do other wise, which make it hard to keep on the weight.

so basically my goals are:

get up to 180lbs.

be able to score 90pts. in each event for the Army APFT (67 pushups, 73 situps, 13:54 two mile run)

and meet these standards by June: http://sheriffacademy.com/classes/tactical/swat_academy/performance_standard.htm

________________________________________________________________________________________

so that being said, here's my workout from Tuesday, April 03. (cardio day)

Ran on treadmill for 1 mile at 7:59.
Eliptical trainer for 10 minutes at level 8 resistance.
100 sit ups.

Comments: I took my NO LIMITS 45 minutes before my workout, it was interesting. Before I even started working out, as I was changing in the gym all of my veins in my arms were "popping out" something they normally dont do unless I'm working out and very hydrated. I had a lot of energy and did not feel any muscle fatigue. The reason why I did not run more than a mile is because I'm fighting a very annoying foot injury and what feel like stress fractures. I'm scheduled to have a PT test on the 14th so you will see push-ups and sit-ups being thrown into my workouts because of this. When I did my sit ups I could definately feel the "pump" in my ab muscles, a very interesting feeling lol. I like the NO Limits a lot so far, I'm looking forward to working out my upper body which is where I really notice N.O. products take affect.

Diet: On Tuesday the diet was kind of lacking. Work kept me extremely busy so I did not have a chance to eat nearly as much as I wanted to. In fact it was pretty pitiful how my diet was but this is very unusual for me.

0630: "big 100" protien bar

0900: small tuna salad

1200: cyto gainer

1430: workout
Cell-tech after workout

1545: Baked chicken breast w/ BBQ sauce and 1 cup of broccoli

1900: SUSHI! (a lot of rolls with crab and eel, along with a side salad)

the diet really lacked that day! I only had one real complete meal Smile but hey sometimes it just gets that busy.

Also: I will get measurements and hopefully BF% up soon, hopefully some pics soon too.

Wednesday April 4th.

I had the day off on wednesday so the plan was to do cardio earlier in the day and lift weights in the evening. However my evening got real busy and I only did the cardio :( but at least the cardio was really good!

Bike: 20 min. Resistance level: 10. RPM: 120-130

Comments: At first I thought I kinda over did it with the resistance level because I struggled keeping a high 80's RPM but about 5 minutes into my workout I was jammin tying to keep the RPM's at 130, which is really fast.. NO LIMITS is commin through for me. I was VERY impressed with the level of cardio I was able to maintain that day!

DIET:
1000: Cyto gainer

1200: Cardio

1300: 360 Degree Gourmet Burrito (veggitarian)

1600: Cyto gainer

1830: Veggie patch pizza (Applebees)

2100: two grilled chicken snack wraps (McDonalds Smile)

..Man I really wish I started a journal a long time ago, I promise I do cook.. Just one of those hectic times right now..

Comments: Holy cow! After I did my pushups my chest and tri's had such a huge pump! I looked like I stole my little brothers T-shirt. My sleeves were literally stretching to the point where they were forced to slide up on my arms!  Very satisfied with the results of this N.O. product after this workout. Note to self: push it a little harder next time.. too many sets w/ 10 reps. Need to be in the 6-8 range.

Saturday April 7th.

           5

seated DB curls
35   5
30   7
30   8

standin/bent BB row
90  10
110  7
110  8

preacher curl (Olympic EZ bar)
20  9
30  3/ 20  4  (30 was too much, dropped the weight and continued)
20  5

DB Rows
60  10 (bad form, dropped the weight)
55  10  good form
55  10

standing BB curls
65  5
50  6
50  6

cable machine, low row
120  9
130  8
140  8

Comments: I saw a significant improvement in my pullups! previously I could barely do 1 pullup after doing assisted reps. Also I was able to significantly lower the assisted weight from what I needed previously. As always a great upper body pump. I pushed really hard on the pullups and was getting kinda wore out by the time I started hitting the preacher curls. I attribute that to many things though, mainly lack of sufficient sleep.

banana
PB sandwhich, natural PB and whole wheat bread
EAS Protein shake (27g)

(Tentative menu)

0900: Met RX. Big 100

1200: Salsa chicken w/ Large chicken breast and brown rice

1400: tuna sandwhich

1600: chicken or carnitas burrito (beans, rice, meat and salsa)

Liking what I have been reading so far about the pumps and increased work capacity.  My experience has been much the same thing.  Vasculairty and my ability to do more reps with weight I used in the past has been tremendous over the one week I have been using it-Nice job Rob

Tuesday April 10th.
NEWS FLASH! So.... without getting too specific I'm pursuing an "advanced career" in the Army and part of the process is this two week school that I was supposed to go to last January but did not attend because of a bad sprain.. So they tried to get me into a class this month but the class only reserves 214 seats with a Max capacity of 250.. I was like 260..something. Really thought there was no way I was going and today I get told that I will be receiving orders for this two week course tomorrow and I have to leave friday. Bare in mind the first thing I have to do when I get there is take a PT test (see goals) ..RUNNING TWO MILES... As you can see from earlier posts I can barely go more than 1 mile. So, today I get the news and I go to the gym and just knock it out! I took my NO LIMITS and ran 2 miles in 15:22. my foot hurt like hell for about a mile but then the pain started to go away and i was able to kick up the speed from 7.6MPH to 8.5 MPH <- ending speed. last two laps were 8.3-8.5 mph.

So now this brings me to the next issue.. the NO LIMITS Review. DS reps. please contact me either through this thread or my personal e mail. Obviously I can't keep up a review while I'm gone so I am giving you the option of letting me keep the product and I will continue the review when I return, I can pay you for the suppliment or I can send it back. I understand that we had an agreement that I would get a free sample for posting a review and I am unable to fulfill the expected obligation. Please let me know what you would like from me, I feel bad that this came up.

Two Miles: 15:22
50 push ups

DIET

0500: Kashi cereal, amino acis pills, banana

0700: egg sandwhich, (American cheese, bacon & egg) Yogurt

0900: grilled chicken breast , asparagus
Multi-V, Fish body oils

1200: Tuna sandwhich, baby carrots

1500: Grilled chicken breast, asparagus

1700: Cyto gainer

1900:workout
Cell Tech

2130: Coconut, mango and guava encrusted Talapia! Baby carrots, baby spinich and 1 cup milk.

Well it is only two weeks and you have had some success with the product.  Just hold onto it and just pick up where you left off in several weeks, Fair?

Absolutely. I just felt bad that this came up and I have to stop the review.. Like I kinda screwed you un-intentionally.. Thank you though. I will pick up where I left off as soon as I get back. Take care.

Not a problem.  The reviews have been very positive.  As we knew they would be with this "kick ass" product.  Plus in a couple weeks time you will reminding everyone of what it does when you come back.  Good luck in your training.  Just be certain to get back to the log when you return-Chuck
