workout 10/23

4x5 60 sec rest

Flat Bench
Squats
Tricep Press Down
Barbell Curl
Dumbbell Shoulder Press
Wide Grip Pull downs

Abs


Nutrition:

Preworkout: Gatorade, Xtend
During Workout: Gatorade, Xtend
Post Workout:Gatorade, Xtend
30-45 minutes Post: Full Meal

did well on eating today, had to subistitue whey for more than one meal than i would have liked but tomorrow i got 3 chicken breasts to cook so tomorrow shall be good.

For lifting i did 3 sets of 5 and 60 sec rest

Flat Bench
Squats
Shoulder Press w/ dumbbells
Wide Grip Pulldowns
Tricep Pull downs
Barbell Curl

felt mucho good.

And watermelon xtend > grape xtend by about 500%.

if your looking for muscle mass, dont do low reps.  work in the 8-12 range.  i always work in the 8-10 range and i gain size and strength nicely.
