My Experience w/ Hot-rox so far

Ive been taking hot-rox for about a week now. Also ive been working out daily doing a pretty intense workout. In addition to the hot-rox i have been conserving my diet to Tunafish, water, whole-grain pasta, and the Animal Pak amino acid complex/vitamin/minerals. Here's my workout for the gym. Day 1 is legs, day 2 is shoulders/arms and day 3 is chest in back. This is not in any particular order. Warm up: 10 min jumprope (or 1000 touches) Stationary Bike 10 min Stretch LEGS Leg Press (8,6,3) Squat (8,6,3) Power Clean (8,6,3) Dead Lift (8,6,3) Leg Extension (8,6,3) Ham Curl (8,6,3) ARMS/SHOULDERS Bicep Burns (8,8,8) Skull Crushers (8,8,8) Push Press (8,6,3) Truck Driver (8,8,8) Forarms (8,8,8,) Shrugs (8,8,8,) Shoulder Raise (8,8,8) Bicep Curls (8,8,8) CHEST/BACK Bench Press (8,6,3) Incline Bench (8,6,3) Dumbell Press (8,8,8) Jammer (8,6,3) Lat Pulldown (8,6,3) Back Row (8,8,8) Incline Dumbell (8,8,8) Ok, i am 19 years old, and last week i was 6'2" 253.5lbs w/ aproximatley 24% bf. Here are my results so far: Monday 27th: 7:00 AM: Weight:253.5lbs 11:00pm weight in:253 Tuesday 28th: 7 AM: Weight: 252.0, 11:00 pm Weight:251.5 Wednesday 29th: 7am: weight: 251 11:00pm weight: 250.5 Thursday 30th: 7am: weight: 249.5 10pm:weight:249 Friday 1st: 7:30am: 248.5 11:30pm: 246 (i think it really kicked in here) Saturday 2nd: 7am: 245 11:00pm: 245 Sunday 3rd: 10am: 244.5 right now (7pm): 243.5 I take two pills twice a day, one at 7am and one at 1pm. I havent had any twitching or dizzyness or anything like that. Sometimes when i do my final sets of squat, power clean, or push press i will get dizzy, but i dont think its anything to worry about.
