im pretty much limiting myself to just oatmeal and brown rice with chicken for everyday meals....Question is

If I have Oatmeal and a bannana for breakfast.

How many Bowls of chicken and brown rice should have I have throughout the day? 4-6? With my schedule it is extremely hard to have 6 bowls of rice a day.

wow.. there's other stuff you can eat out there besides just that.

i can't think of anything off the top of my head at the moment.. but i know there are more options.

just glad i'm an ecto.  i can eat what i want, just small portions and cut calories and my body shrinks.... there's no way i would ever eat brown rice for 6 meals a day. that will get old vvvvvery fast.

It's pretty cheap though. ANd its easy to make

It sometimes gets old, but I found out a trick and every few weeks ill change up the sauce i put on it for a new taste, I no longer really taste the chicke and rice, just the sauce I put on.

Good way to get scurvy!  I'd suggest you work on a more balanced diet.

Look what happened to this kid!  Not pretty.

i would try getting more veggies into your diet, carrots and spinach are probably the easiest ones to fit in.  Also you need some fruit,  i would recommend apples, berries, and oranges
