Alright, When footbals over i plan to cut all that football fat off me, Currently weigh 235lbs, im 6'2. and i want to get down to 200lbs possibly even 190lbs. I dont want to be so "bulky" My Main thing is to see my muscle def. again, and being able to see my abs would be great. So heres my stack option
#1. Lipo 6, Animal Pak, and CLA ( recommended stack by Cardio Colin from Support :))
#2 Hot Rox Extreme and Animal Pak.
I have never used a fat burner before or many other supps. Only have used Protein and BCAA's , so ur guys' help is appreciated. THanks
don't waste money on a fat burner. they don't do anything that food can't do.
i'd just stick with animal pack and creatine (and beta alanine)
What boomer said. I took a fat burner for like 3 weeks and didn't notice any difference in weight loss. The energy is nice but I prefer energy drinks myself. Get your diet in order for cutting (lots of small meals high in protein, low in carbs, with some good fats) and you'll be fine.
