My workout routine HELP - Saturday, September 05, 2009 1:59 PM ( #1 )
here is my workout routine, I am very skinny and want to add mass to my body.  I currently do a full body workout, and take russian bear 5000 nitrix and no xpolode along with size on.

My routine is the following:

MONDAY
wide dead lift
shoulder mid row
chin up
squat
bench press
dunbell fly
barbell row
clean and press
barbell curl
dips
close grip bench press
bent over lat row

WED
wide dead lift
shoulder mid row
chin up
squat
push up
dunbell curl
lat pulldown
dip
calf raise
bench press
pushdown
shoulder press
side bend
close grip bench press
barbell shouler press

FRIDAY
wide dead lift
shoulder mid row
chin up
squat
bench press
seated cable row
clean and press
barbell curl
pressdown
close grip bench press
crunch
bent over lat row

I currently do 3 sets and my reps are about 8-10 a set.  I am wondering what I should do to gain more mass what I am doing right now is not working for me, I dont know if I need to do a split workout or switch supplements.  Any advise would help.  Again I am very skinny and tall and would like to bulk up

read this,   http://www.discussbodybuilding.com/Beginners-guide-to-training-m480790.aspx

should help you get an idea on what to do.  Your routine needs  help, but to gain mass you need to eat more...its almost that simple.   There is no reason to switch to a spilt routine or supplements.
read the link, then try and set up a different routine

Just completely ditch this routine..look up starting strength or a similar 5x5 program.
Goals by end of 2009:
Bench 205
Squat 255 ATG
Squat Clean 185

I agree with ranger, eating more definitely helped me gain mass.

Deadlift Max - 275kg @100kg
