here is my workout routine, I am very skinny and want to add mass to my body. I currently do a full body workout, and take russian bear 5000 nitrix and no xpolode along with size on. My routine is the following: MONDAY wide dead lift shoulder mid row chin up squat bench press dunbell fly barbell row clean and press barbell curl dips close grip bench press bent over lat row WED wide dead lift shoulder mid row chin up squat push up dunbell curl lat pulldown dip calf raise bench press pushdown shoulder press side bend close grip bench press barbell shouler press FRIDAY wide dead lift shoulder mid row chin up squat bench press seated cable row clean and press barbell curl pressdown close grip bench press crunch bent over lat row I currently do 3 sets and my reps are about 8-10 a set. I am wondering what I should do to gain more mass what I am doing right now is not working for me, I dont know if I need to do a split workout or switch supplements. Any advise would help. Again I am very skinny and tall and would like to bulk up

How long does that take, 2 hours?

Yeah thats too much per day lol, like everyone else does divide it up during the week, personally i would take all that and group it up by body parts, instead of working all that over 3 days try to spread it out over 5 days or even 6-7. The easiest way to gain weight is to eat alot, not overeat 3 times a day but eat average size meals with lots of protein and carbs, about 5-6 times a day. And try to get about 2 protein shakes a day, in addition to those meals.

Yup, way too much. Those workouts from Virtuoso's link might not seem like a lot, but that's pretty much what you need right now. There's no reason you should be spending over an hour on a weight training session. Also, please note the various sections of the forum. This post belongs in Critique My Training. Too late now, but keep it in mind.
