My workout

alright i started this about a month ago and im liking it and seeing results from it so rate it if u like or dont like im open to critisism Mon. Back weighted Pull ups 3 or 4 *10 last set max out glute hams 3*10 Barbell Rows 3*5 maby a deadlift 3*5 i alternate withe the rows abs and also maby work on the forearms a little 30 minutes of tread mill Tues. Chest Push Ups of all kinds incline press 3*5 bicep curls 4*8 Wed. rest Thurs. Legs Squat 4*10 or until i could barely walk Leg curls 3*8 Calf raises 4*15 Fri. abs Sat. Push ups again and a run Sun. Rest gotta love the push ups heres the tits (.)(.)

Chest Push Ups of all kinds<--- nothing wrong with pushups but i don't like doing them in my workouts change for flat bench incline press 3*5 bicep curls 4*8<--- doesn't work chest but i'm guessing you are doing bi's with chest..add in 1-2 more chest exercises and 1 more bi exercises. Wed. rest Thurs. Legs Squat 4*10 or until i could barely walk<--- i would add more quad stuff and SLDL but if your squats are as intense as you say maybe not. Leg curls 3*8 Calf raises 4*15 Fri. abs Sat. Push ups again and a run Sun. Rest gotta love the push ups heres the tits (.)(.) i did what i would change in red, but if you want to know my honest opinion i wouldn't do this routine and you don't do any work for tri's shoulders or hamstrings.
Goals by end of 2009: Bench 205 Squat 255 ATG Squat Clean 185 "There is no elevator to success, you must take the stairs."
