My workout buddy... - Sunday, May 04, 2008 2:54 PM ( #1 )
Basically just wanted to show off a friend of mine who I workout with...

He is a monster. Currently weighs 260lbs  @ 6'3".  Ive never seen him with any fat on him. (known him for a few years)

Also, all natural.

Agreed about the tan.

But this guy is pretty much my motivation whenever we train together.

Although its tough, because when you stand next to him, he makes anyone look tiny!

The best part is, I know this guy personally, and I know that his results are achievable.

He is a normal guy who trains really hard, doesnt stop eating and is all natural. I would agree that he has good genetics to go with it, but its inspiring to think that regular guys can reach this level with hard work!

Has he competed before? Because if not it's time to start! He could walk on stage in less than 4 weeks the way he looks there!

Yeah he is a champion, he has competed in a Military competition before, he did pretty well.

I think he will compete again in the future, but I think he is more interested in sports modelling at the moment...  :)

I will pass on the kind words, thanks everyone.

The main reason I posted this was to show everyone that it is possible to have awesome results through NATURAL hard work
(and how lucky I am to train with this guy)

I know this because, firstly I belive the guy as he is a good friend, but secondly because he has been tested and came up negative

You're either natural or you aren't.  If he did juice 10 years ago he isn't natural.

Last time we trained he was repping like this:

Bench: 440
Squat: 440
Deadlift: 550

Not sure though, he may have improved on these figures.

He has one hell of a good genetic.
I still doubt he is 260 since I personally know a 250 pro bodybuilder.

But again, what do I know !

Congrats man, he looks awesome legit or not and I so don't care if he is or not. He still has the passion and the discipline and that's enough for me.
