Monday: Chest, Tris, Abs Flat Bench Incline DB press Incline Db flys followed by weighted dips Im doing a 4 week tricep routine I found in muscle and fitness each week you do 4 exercises foucsing on a diff part of your tris, also you include a intensity workout. ( if anyone wants to know what this program is just let me know) Same thing with abs a 4 week program I found in M&F Wed: Back Bi's and ABs Upright BB rows Lat pull downs reverse grip lat pull down dead lifts one arm bent over DB Rows Umm same thing with Bis as tris, four week program from m&f Friday: shoulder legs abs OH press Arnold Press lateral raises and rear delt raises squats calf raises Basically I'm just wondering what everyone thinks about my chest, back, shoulder, and leg exercises. If anyone wants to know about these workouts from M&F I will post them i just didnt feel like typing all of it. Thanks for any feedback on what i should add/remove.
