Hey! Good progress so far man! Don't get over excited and start training twice a day! I don't recommend it. 3-4 times a week may seem like a little, but your body needs the recovery time. Just make sure to focus on your diet allot! Learn exactly what to eat, and what not to. Don't worry, by the time you gain another 10-20 pounds (of muscle) you gain, you'll feel proud of your progress! Keep it up!
