Um, I think you meant 'you aren't that fat, dude'????

Cause if not, I'm getting on a plane to see you, assuming I can fit my obese arse in two seats

My advice, lower your calories (about 10%) and up your cardio to at least 30min 4x week.

If you bobybuild then having a "great appetite" can actually be a good thing, most of the food you eat will either go into muscle or be used as energy, however if you are constantly eating over how many cals you burn you will eventually gain fat.

I suggest running 5times a week for 20-30 mins (warm up and down for 5mins +20-30mins hard running) if you can burn 300-400 cals on a treadmill thats 2000cals a week you'll be burning. Hopefully you do not eat more than 2000cals over what you burn each week.

Also to complement the cardio remember to eat healthy. If you can eat so that you are constantly at around 500cals less than what you burn (a task made easier thanks to the -2000cals your cardio gives) then you will lose around 1-2 pounds per week. If you recalculate every 3-5pounds you should be able to keep this weight loss constant.

Go over to the nutrition forums to get some more advice on diet, maybe post your current diet on there.
