My lunch=good or bad?

This is what I had for lunch today and it was REALLY good but I wonder if it was good for me...It was egg salad 3 Egg whites 1 whole egg fat free mayo mustard and wheat bread... Was it good or bad? I want to know if I can have it again like on a semi normal basis!

sounds good.... i'd use the condoments sparingly though. i love egg sandwiches.

Damn had another amazing one today! This one sounds pretty damn good for me... Sirloin steak...Most of the fat cut off, and cut really thin Onions Mushrooms Provolone Cheese All made up on a non stick pan over medium heat...And laid over brown rice. Add a protein shake for after workout and a banana and that was my meal. Sound good?

What is your goal cutting or bulking? I would drop the bread if cutting.
Eat...Lift....Sleep......Repeat Enjoy the process.. but crave the goal.

that seems like a perfect meal for lifting, keepign carbs high, and protein intake good.
