My latest workout gear... - Saturday, December 13, 2003 8:07 AM ( #1 )
Well, I just bought myslf something new for my cardio sessions, a Creative Labs MuVo NX mp3 player.

It's a pretty nifty little thing -- about the size of a cigarette lighter, it holds 256 MB of data, and I can also use it as one of those USB storage devices as well which is pretty cool. I was looking at getting a Rio Karma or an iPod, but I just don't trust a hard drive to survive my jogging sessions...

What the heck do you do on those jogging session!

That player looks tight. Awesome. You load it up, go jogging and keep motivated? I need to add something like that to my cardio sessions. At the moment, they are pretty dull.

Full contact jogging, baby! It's the only way to do cardio...

And yeah, it does seem to make the cardio go by a bit faster.

I'll have to use my FM radio or my older MP3 player. Gotta kick it up a notch. Looks like a nice unit. Cool addition to the workout bag.

Full contact jogging.. LOL!
