My discovery regarding kre-alkalyn and its effectiveness

I don't remember who I was arguing with in the recent thread about creatine but I was saying how kre-alkalyn is better because it doesnt cause convert to creatinine and bloat you up and I was met with an argument that kre-alkalyn basically doesnt work because it doesnt blow you up like creatine mono. I read some research afterward that basically said kre-alkalyn was bs that I haven't read before. It said that CM takes hours to convert to creatinine in water anyway. This would mean that the little scoops of kre-alkalyn I have been taking isnt enough to saturate my muscles. To test this, I loaded kre-alkalyn on my last carb up day with every meal but used a heaping scoop instead of my usual tiny spoon. The result - I basically blew up. I got comments on how my arms look bigger all of a sudden and when I went to the gym today I noticed my front squat is already up over 10 lbs more than last time. Well I haven't used CM since 2008 so Ive been under the impression that kre-alkalyn is some miracle creatine. From the experience I just had, I am going to say that I now believe kre-alkalyn is bs and I wont be using it anymore. With that in mind, Ive been using kre-alkalyn for the entire 2009 year, and now switching, its like Im back on creatine for the first time ever. Looking forward to some strength gains. It will take me longer to load since I only eat carbs twice a week though. So to whoever I was arguing with, thank you for that discussion I think Ive learned something valuable because of it.

Glad to hear it, RS. Kre-Alkalyn is worthless IMO. I took it for almost 3 months with little to no results. When I made the switch to mono it was like night and day. Good to hear you saw the light! lol

Not sure if I was fighting you or not, I have fought many people on the CM vs any other option. I have tried many of the options.....CM has an impact that is real, the others.....placebo at best.
