About how big are the chicken breasts? I know that on average, a 4oz chicken breast has 25-35 grams of protein. 4oz is about the size of your palm (depending on how big your hands are of course )

More fruits and veggies would be good. 3 eggs in the morning would be best and oatmeal.

Get some PB IN THERE BUDDY. haha no really I dont see any good fats in your diet, or any fats at all. They are essential to the body. Get some natural PB, alvocados, snack on nuts, just something along those lines. That should help add mass. Also dont neglect veggies and fruits ^^^^ as mentioned. edit: PB= peanut butter
It is not the years in your life, but the life in your years.
