My diet - Need help and clearing things up!

Hello there! My diet usually consists of Scrambled Egg, Baked Beans and Cheese, I havnt been working out at the Gym recently and dont plan to do so until a few months. The question is, what will it do for me in the long run? I have noticed I have put on weight a little, but they may be due to other things, but the "love handle" area has trimmed down a little bit. What will happen in the long run? Will I end up keep gaining weight due to the protien? I'm still only 19, and growing, not sure if that has anything to do woth it.

I don't really understand your post. Why do you plan to not starting working out soon? As far as diet goes, just make sure you are eating above maintenance (calories wise), and you should be fine. I assume you are trying to gain weight? Just make sure you have complex carbs + protein + good fats when you eat. I would suggest having a serving of protein shake for breakfast. (banana+oatmeal+whey+peanut butter). Then a typical meal for your snacks (in between meals) would be: - wholewheat bread + peanut butter + high protein cheese + milk For a full meal, I would recommend pasta + tuna / chicken / beef. If you repeat those meals, and eating above maintenance, you are good to go.

I'm trying to sort of matain weight, but try and keep it still fairly low fat and a a fair bit of protein. I will consume only about 30-40g of fat a day, which is fairly low I think. Basically I wont be working out, until I have a job to to the gym.
