Im 178lb 18yr 6,0ft Mon: Am:long distance Cardio Pm: All upper body from abs to shoulders everything but legs 3 set 8-12 reps Tues:Am: 20mins HITT session Pm: All legs 3 sets 8-12 reps and some light cardio Wed:Am: 30min swim Pm: Same as monday Thur:Am:20 mins HITT session Pm All legs 3 sets 8-12 reps light jog outside Fri:Am:30min swim/30 eliptcal Pm: Same as Mon/Wed Sat:Long run sometime during the day Sun: Day off/some light cardio Wondering if this good and if i will see good results or am i overtraining myself?
