My current pics

Hi guys, I know this question gets hold but could someone maybe give me a bodyfat estimation? I lost my calipers and am ordering some at the moment but I would really like a rough estimate. I'm 6 ft. even at 172 lbs. Waist is 32 inches on an empty stomach and quads are 23 each. Please feel free to critique as well but please don't be harsh. Thank you for your time! Justin

Looks close to 10% body fat. Build the chest, take up a bulking diet because you already have a chizzled frame so lets pack some size to that brotha

Thanks for the compliments guys! I'm gonna cut for around 2 more weeks. Want to get all this **** off so I can still look semi-defined at the beach in July. 2 more weeks and it will be time for some bulking. THANK GOD! :)

Looking like skeletor is the same reason I'm not cutting weight for a while, that and I am trying to reach some strength goals next. Some people just want to be trim though.

Hi guys, Thanks for all the advice! I will finish up this week and start my clean bulk next week. I think i'm gonna stick with the Scivation CHA diet or Twin Peak's carb cycling plan. You guys have any ideas? If I am eating 1800 calories a day how much should I go up starting next week? Thanks! Justin

If you eat 1800 calories a week and you keep losing weight then you might want to just try an increment of 500 and see if you maintain weight, most likely you will need more than that to increase weight, but if you want to stay trim do it slowly for now, see waht happens and adjust from there.

I doubt he'll need to lose an extra 10lbs..If he's at 172lbs at 10-11% bf he's got 17.2lbs of fat, for him to be at 8% he'd need to lose like 4lbs...Altho losing those last few lbs might seem like 10lbs tho!!

if he clean bulks, he could drive his bodyfat under 10%. by adding ten pounds over the next 3 months, you will become more muscular, and at small increments you will gain little - if any fat. thus the amount of fat you carry stays the same, but your weight increases, meaning that your bodyfat actually decreases. as others have said, you have cut enough IMO.

Bro at your size, 1800 cals a day is NOT good. You need to be near 3000-4000 to gain some awesome size.

Meathead is typically offensive, i'll ask you just once to keep your words clean to yourself. There is no need for names.

Rolling, whatever you believe.. meathead is still pretty offensive. Its like calling someone who likes computers and or is a smart person a nerd/geek.. no one likes that. Second... superman, its the internet, theres no need to lie and say you make seven figures... You make millions a year? Doubtful. He just needs to add 500 or so calories and if that doesn't work, add another couple hundred. He doesn't need to add 1000-2000 extra calories just to gain some lean mass. I don't understand how every thread turns into a bashing of some sort, get over it people.

Nm0ney34 hey ladies, calm the F down. fo realz :P Werd. To the OP, 1800cals is crazy low. Even I eat more than that! You're going to have to find a good level for putting on about 2lb a week. I'd say start with 3k and work your way up.

I was earning 6 figures once. But that was in South America earning pesos which was three figures in pounds. What's big for some may be small for others. Perhaps for calories too.
