My bicep kinda hurts...

I was doing some heavy cables yesterday for my chest and i cant tell if i injured my bicep or it just got sore, because i know it can put a lot of strain on them... has anyone ever had this problem? Idk what to think. Well good day all, tata

tata?  Dude.. Anyway... If you were doing cables for chest, and now your bicep hurts.. it could be your form was utilizing your bicep in some curl method that put a lot of strain on it in an unsafe manner. Overuse injury or a sprain so to speak. Keep the elbows slightly bent.. and focus on squeezing the chest together.. I'm just guessing right now.. but I can imaging you were doing the cable flyes, elbows pretty bend.. and almost curling the weight towards your chest to finish the rep. That is about the only way a muscle that shouldn't be involved gets injured on an exercise that has nothing to do with it. Check your form. Drop the weight, and concentrate on execution over poundages.

yeah i agree mda, im pondering the situation and it seems that it is sore but my form was lacking, i have never really done them so im a newbie....  , o well, tata! jk, see ya later
