Mon-Chest-Dumbell bench press 4 sets 12,10,8,6 Incline dumbell press 3 sets 10,8,6 Dumbell flyes 3 sets 10,8,6 Shoulders-Side laterals 3 sets 14,12,10 Triceps-Pushdowns 3 sets 14,12,10 Calves-Standing toe raises 4 sets 20,18,16,14.Wed-Legs-Leg press 4 sets 16,14,12,10 Squats 3 sets 14,12,10 Leg extensions 3 sets 14,12,10 Leg curls 3 sets 14,12,10 Fri-Back-Wide grip pulldowns 4 sets 16,14,12,10 Close grip pulldowns 3 sets 14,12,10 Cable rows 3 sets 14,12,10 One arm rows 3 sets 14,12,10 Dumbell shrugs 3 sets 14,12,10 Biceps-Dumbell curls 3 sets 14,12,10 Forearms 3 sets 14,12,10 Calves-Seated toe raises 4 sets 20,18,16,14 I also do 30 min of cardio 4 days a week.I am also drinking 2-3 Optimum Nutrition protein shakes daily,a multivitamin,and taking Stamina by American Sports Nutrition.I try to keep my cals at around 2000 daily.I'm at 240lbs and need to be at around 200lbs.Give me your feedback please.
