My Workout and Diet - Thursday, August 21, 2008 4:42 PM ( #1 )
Hello i am almost 18 years old. im not exactly new to weight training but im no expert as well. ive been lifting for almost 3 years on and off. when i first started i went from 100 lbs to 160lbs in about a year and  my max bench was around 250 lbs, however i got very very sick during one week of that summer and dropped down to 130 lbs. ever since then i wanted to get my size back. i continued to lift on and off and am now at 141 lbs at 5'10"  with about 3.5% body fat and max bench at about 290 lbs and rising. I am having a little trouble gaining weight which i have concluded to definitely being my diet. I thought i would post my workout and diet plans for u guys to help me out and make some tweaks in there. Just keep in mind that i have no troubles in gaining strength only weight. Some things I have read on here lead me to believe that I may be overworking but I followed this same workout a few years back and achieved great results so I am very confident in this. Thanks for reading.

yeah it was pretty drastic, basically i was on an iv and couldnt open my mouth to eat or drink for like 3-4 days. but i try and eat as much as i can but sometimes its hard. do u think wroking out 5 days a week is burning too many calories and that maybe i should cut down?
