Quick question. 1) How often do you do this 2) What is the average time you spend working out per session. Sounds like you do the routine above and then run two miles and exerbike a mile. I'm interested to know how long you spend "training."

Another question for ya- What are your goals? It sounds like you're overtraining to me- And not training enough of your muscles. Where're the back and shoulder exercises? Also, I don't see anything in there for the hamstrings... And one more thing, I'd lost the sit ups and do crunches instead. They're way more efficient when it comes to working out the abs. Whatever your goals might be, it's very important to work out every muscle group- Although I wouldn't try to hit it all in one day either. What sort of equipment are you working with? I see a lot of dumbell stuff in there, but nothing that might require a bench- Just curious. You sure have a lot of dedication- I'd give up if I were doing a workout like that every day. Welcome to DB!

mda1125 I spend about an hour or two working out. In reply to CPL: That's just one of my routines, I have six other ones that incorporate different muscles and shaping routines. I do a different routine every other day.

So what are your goals? You might benefit more from working out less, believe it or not. Most people here get amazing results and never work out for more than around forty five minutes a day or so. Where did you find your workout routine?
