More volume than most texas method programs, but it could work. I would take out the CGBP on friday curls and military press taken off of friday. Wed I would drop floor presses. Monday I would drop military presses. Also I would forget about that dynamic stuff, if your trying to do dynamic workouts check out westside. Just my 2 cents, texas method just seems like a routine to focus on the major lifts and low volume..

I was/am on Westside currently and I like dynamic sets. I don't really do them fast, just as explosive as possible without flinging around the weight. I will probably keep floor presses but I agree Friday's CGBP and BB Curls I probably won't need. Why would I drop Military Press on Monday; what am I going to use for high volume on shoulders? I have ****ty military press numbers compared to my other lifts, so I believe I really need to work on it, but hey I am open to suggestions as long as they are backed legitimately.

Oh sorry didn't even see this..the reasoning behind taking military presses away was because with bench CGBP and rows (not as much rows) I would think your shoulders would have been hit pretty well. But I have always liked lower volume, so that's just a preference. Also don't be afraid to do military presses heavier on Wed.
