Ive workout for about 6 months,4-5 times a week at about 1 hour sessions. I used protein and good dieting to bulk from 153 to 169 without any real body fat gains. I used 100% op.whey and took a no when i felt tired on workout days. Now ive decided to take a stack and try to get cut up before the summer. I will be taking : -Superpump250 -SizeOn or CellMass -BSN Nitrix -100% Whey Protein -Multi V -Fish Oil -Glutamine -Thermolife Tbol (Natural Test Booster,I know i will experience minimal effects with it as it only boosts natural levels) My Diet will look like this: Breakfast: 2 Poached Eggs and 2 pieces of Toast Snack: Protein Shake -or- fruits and Nuts Lunch: Meat or Fish with small amount of Brown Rice -or- Baked Potato Snack: Protein Shake -or- Yogurt with some Nuts Dinner: Meat -or- Fish with some type of Vegetable like Salad, Spinach, or Broccoli. Bed: Protein Shake I will consume atleast 2L of water a day. I plan on doing a circuit routine one of my friends showed me, it looks promising as most exercises are compound. 4 sets 15 reps 2minute break The Clean and Jerk Squat Bench Press Pull Ups or Chin Ups Dips Barbell Curls Dumbbell Lateral Raises or Military Press/Arnold Press Any suggestions are welcome

Creatine retains water, so if you are trying to shred you might want to cut the creatine. As far as diet goes, it looks good but I suggest cutting out some of those carbs (yogurt, white toast) and replacing with complex carbs.. Keep the fruit post workout or breakfast, seeing as how it can spike insulin. Your training probably needs some work if you are stalling out. go for 4 sets of 6-8 reps with some super sets and try a Push/Pull split. Just a suggestion.
