My Progress So Far . . .
-
Thursday, February 21, 2008 2:42 PM
( #1 )
Hi Guys, Thought I'd post some pics by way of introduction to get some points on how I should approach my training, which areas I should focus on, etc. My long term goal is to be able to compete in my first amateur contest begore I'm 36 (3 years from now.) It's been a long journey for me to get where I am now, but one of the best I've ever had. Anyway, the first pic is me before I started working out in September 2006. I've been slow bulking since early October. Don't know if I should be more aggressive in bulking or keep going purposefully slowly. [image]local://19355/DF03560ED4CF42F3ABD014AE1B50D55C.JPG[/image]

that is very very impressive. i salute you. i think you should keep up with the cardio 2 or 3 times a week and slowly start bulking. keep your diet in order. stop cutting but do cardio and take it slow with the bulking. you can get on some supplements if you want to increase your success. i would reccomend creatine some protein and a nitric oxide, and a fat burner. i prefer the MRI products because they do lots of reasearch on their products and have had great sucess myself. keep up the amazing work. good luck!!!
