i think you need to incorporate some upright razor lifts into your routine.
working on explosive phase vertical: 35 weight: 206 Big 3: 300/440/515 Strength and growth come only through continuous effort and struggle.

Blocker Oih... I like my hairy chest... it means I dont look like a prepubescent girl *cough* lol, id be a scary looking prepubescent girl. But you look pretty ripped. I think you should go on a clean bulk and just really put on some mass overall. Youre in a great starting place though because you dont have much fat which will make your bulk go better and you will be able to see the progress you are making easier.

Good base, but if you want my honest opinion.. a GREAT clean diet with nice bulky foods should shape that body into a beast. Also I agree with RippedChick.. Lats are a must

id agree with lats, but theyre a funny one for me also, as i ahve a thick, strong back, but no great flair in my lats

I agree with everyone. A good clean bulk and Widen out your back aka lats

My lats are a bit of a problem area just cant get them to grow. Doing weighted chin ups, one arm rows and pull downs but still nothing... :( My quads also dont seem to want to get bigger, which reminds me I never put up leg photos must do so tonight.
