Chest flat bench with dumbells 4x10,8,6,4 flat bench flys 4x10,8,6,4 Incline 4x10,8,6,4 Incline flys 4x10 decline 5x10,8,6,4,2 cross overs 3x10 pushups till failure Triceps skullbashers 3x8 reverse curls 3x10 push downs 4x10 dips 4x10 fifth set till failure Biceps dumbell curls 4x10,8,6,4 negative curls 4x10 inside outside bar 4x10 2 inside 2 out straight bar 4x10,8,6,4 curl bar 7,7,7 burnout is twenty pound straight bar till failure back upright row 4x10 lat pull downs 4x10 laying pull backs 4x10 abs leg lifts 4x15 bicycles 4x30 decline situps 4x30 ab ball 4x15 crunches 4x100 or till failure legs squat 4x10,8,6,4 dead lift, hex bar 4x10 power clean 3x8 calf raises 3x25 leg press 3x12 lunges with 25's till failure i drink protein before and after and creatine before and after please let me know if i should add anything to my workouts i normally do back and biceps, chest and triceps, abs and legs, and then on my rest day i do forearms and obleiks
