last night i was at the bar my girl works at and saw some dude up in my boys face. i went over there and was like yo what the deal and this dude started talkin **** to me, knew who i was and everything. well then my boy grabs me and brings me over to the bar where my girl was workin and i sat down and she told me that the guy was her ex. so anyway on my way out he kept runnin his mouth to me, i got really pissed and my girl is pissed cuz i was tryin to fight that kid. crazy fun night for me there. only thing that sucks is shes pissed at me now and wont return my calls  oops

BACK Lat Pulls 187.5 x 10 x 4 BB Rows 225 x 8 x 4 DB Rows 100 x 10 x 4 Cable Rows 150 x 12 x 3 didn't do deads yesterday cuz my back was hurtin a little bit so I didn't wanna strain it... shoulders today.. be back in a little while to update The guys at work just let me know today that we are doing the Chippendale's thing for the costume party friday night.. which means today through friday I'm doing a 4 day cut... I'ma try and do 2 30 minute cardio sessions/day and keep my rest times to 60 seconds.. which means don't laugh at my weights..
