wow! good workout today.  thats all

oh, and IBB- goin along with what I posted in your journal.. today I ate normal, nothin out of the ordinary, but I've been counting calories.  on a normal day I'm hitting anywhere between 35-4500 calories; over 220g protein.  like I said, the weekends make it tough to eat on a normal schedule, but having 5 days at over 3500 calories and 2 days at about 2000 calories, wouldnt I still be able to gain weight or is that deficit too much for my body to handle?

You should be okay but I guess that may shock your body a tad bit.. Could slow down muscle recovery time.   I mean the weekends are your days off right?  Thats probably when you want to eat the most.  I have the same problems on my weekends though lately I add 3 protein shakes a day in on top of 3 really big meals..  I mean **** dude its the weekend take the time to make a bomb ass break fast lunch and dinner.  or go out for dinner lunch what ever.

****!  your repping 10lbs more then me the same amount of times.  But your already tired after so many other sets..  I hate you lol

I got to be real though.. I feel really good repping 250 now.. I am shocked actually.. Feel like an idiot with a 10's and 2 1/2's on there though lol.  I would rather be repping 275 for 5 reps... All in due time though right?   Just wait until january thats when I should hit damn near all my goals hopefully.

started liftin when i was 14 (9th grade for football) and lifted for 4 years..  after senior year i stopped lifting into my freshman year of college.  my sophomore season i started liftin again... i was 165 at the time.. could barely put up 205 on bench (i was at 260 my senior year).  i was just liftin that year... then my junior year i got really back into lifting.. so ive been back at it hard for about a little over a year.. been liftin total about 7 years now..

Noticed you tried mass tabs... Give epistane a try, what your girlfriend does not know won't hurt her.

she would definately know.. but the thing that I'm worried about coming off a cycle is the decreased libido.. what sides have you had on it?

I just started.. only side so far is a short fuse.. I told my girlfriend to wake up twice the third time I ripped her out of the bed.. Aside from that no real bad sides yet. Besides for aggrivation.. I tend to grind my teeth too makes me feel like I want to rip someones head off.. But thats always happens anytime I mess with my hormones.

I don't know about libido yet.. Its increased but I am not really a sex maniac.. I actually don't even dig sex that much anymore.. But I think its mainly just because I am not that attracted to my girlfriend.. that sounds bad but yeah... thats pretty much how it is.

yea, my problem is that i got a short fuse without anything.. when i was on the mass tabs, i got pissed about little things.. and as far as the sex goes, my girl loves it, so do i.. so i really dont wanna mess around with a ph and have it mess all that up

also with the mass tabs, i lost the weight and strength, so i really ended up wastin about 3 months or so worth of lifting.  i don't really wanna do a cycle or anything right now cuz i'm still gainin and people at work are noticing me get bigger.. even my girl who sees me everyday told me i'm gettin bigger.. so as long as i'm still gainin, i really don't see a point in me messin around with anything
