Does the banana make it too much like goo? I try to stay away from bananas cause they make my shakes turn into goo.

I put a half banana in most of my shakes, whether it be strawberry, or chocolate & peanut butter. For my taste it is just the right amount. Too much banana takes over, but you need some in there to throw in that extra flavor. That's just my opinion though. Everyone has their own preference

The cals are hard to calculate since I use a hard to find lactose free milk substitute and an organic, no sugar added peanut butter, but for me it is about 550-600 calories.
