My Full Body Superset Split

Currently, I'm in the middle of a cut that has been going on for 5 months. I've dropped down from 200lbs to a about 175 and have lost 4 inches off my waist while maintaining much of my muscle. My current routine is a full body routine done with supersetting antagonistic muscles and keeping my heart rate super high. Constructive Criticism is greatly appreciated. My goal is to continue to cut fat while maintaining or even gaining a little muscle. All sets are 3x12 reps and I try to increase weight every workout or at least every week. It is broken down into 3 weeks at 12 reps, 3 weeks at 9 reps and then 3 weeks at 6 reps. I am in the first phase and recently completed a similar routine minus the supersets. Monday - Full Body A Squats and medicine ball crunches Flat Bench Press and Bent BB Row (pronated grip) Cable Flyes and Wide Grip Pull up 2x12 Bent DB lateral raises and BB Shrugs DB hammer curls and close grip bench press Wedenesday - Full Body B Incline bench and bent BB rows (supinated grip) DB flyes and hammer grip pull ups 2x12 Deadlifts and standing lateral DB raises BB curls, skull crushers and leg lifts Friday - Lower Body Squats SLDL Leg Press 45 degree seated calf raises Sunday - Upper Body Flat Bench Press and bent BB rows cable flyes and wide grip pull ups 2x12 deadlifts and lateral raises shrugs and leg lifts DB hammer curls and close grip bench I based my routine off some different routines i found on this site that other members posted as well as the HST site so in no way is my routine my own invention, rather it is my personal touch on a culminateion of other routines. I rest usually 30-60 seconds between supersets and finish my full body workout in about 40 minutes. I try to throw in some cardio afterwards for further calorie burning, however, often I'm so spent from my workout, i dont have the energy to run on the treadmill. Feedback GREATLY appreciated.
Height - 5'9 Weight - 190lbs Age - 19 BF% - between 13-14% never satisfied... Team Natural...

oh, since i know some people are gonna ask "where are the military presses or extensive shoulder work? well, to answer that i try to limit overhead pressing now because i feel they put too much stress on the joint itself so i try to hit my shoulders with lateral raises, shrugs and deads.
