Im new, new to the forum and new to figure comps. My first competition is on May 24th. I am so so nervous, yet excited. Just a couple of quick question and some reassurance....
I am 5'8, female and flucuate between 143-148lbs (comp weight goal 135lbs).
Tiny waist BUT a big booty. I know I have some time to get rid of it but Im a lil nervous that it wound go away. It has shrunk since my training but I do not want to be on stage "jiggling". I know most excercise to tone up my bottom(i do stair stepper, walk on incline and run as well for 1.5hr) then I do my normal routine for that day.
???? but is there any other things that I can do/not eat to tone it up.???? my booty haunts me hehe
ALSO...I just started eatting my "clean diet" (tuna/green veggie 3-4X and Shake 3X a day)
I never use to eat sweets but lately Ive been craving...I really dont like doing cheat meals cuz I feel that they just go straight to my booty. Is there ne solution that I can cure my sweet tooth and not cheat hehe PLEEEEEEASSSSE let there be something....I want that cupcake!
