My 3 day - Wednesday, August 12, 2009 6:55 PM ( #1 )
Day 1
Bench Press - 5x5
Hang Clean - 5x5
OH Press - 5x5
BB Bent Over Rows - 3x8
Deep Squat - 4x10
Skullcrushers - 3x8

Day 2
Incline Bench Press - 5x5
Deadlifts - 5x5
Push Press - 3x8
BB Shrugs - 3x8
DB/BB Curls - 4x12
Close Grip Bench Press - 3x8

Day 3
Bench Press - 10x50%, 8x65%, 5x75%, 3x85%, 1x95%, 1x100%, 1-2x95%, 1-3x90%, 4-6x80%, 7-10x70% found this online, gonna try it out, if i dont like it im gonna make it something else
Hang Clean - 4x6
Deadlifts - 5x5
Deep Squat - 5x5
OH Press - 3x8
Wide Grip Bench Press - 4x8
Upright Rows - 3x8

a set of pushups until failure at the end of every workout

5 RM
Bench Press: 240 lbs
Hang Clean: 225 lbs
16 yrs old
190 lb

goal bench by end of football season : 285
