ORIGINAL: propud Great job, just wondering, what does your cutting routine look like. honestly i wasnt really using a routine, but mainly i would use the max ot style of training to keep my muscles hard, i did mostly cardio like basketball and running a couple of miles on the weekends, then maybe weights 3 days a week, chest and back, arms, legs

But so far so good! and the fact that you're part of this community is a plus because this will help you in the long run the only reason i wanted to cut is because i wanted to start all over, i felt i got off on the wrong foot eating alot of junk food and i was getting big all over muscle wise but so was my stomach, so this time im going to try and stay cut and just gradually add muscle to my upper body over time

ORIGINAL: triggamayn09 Looking good man Thats a great reward for hard work how was your diet it must have been pretty clean to get cut up pretty well Im going to be completely honest, and im kinda ashamed lol...well i didnt really have any diet, i ate about 3 or 4 times a day..sometimes 2..it was mostly junk food (jack n' the box, mc donalds..etc) alot of meals were in excess of 800 calories..to tell you the truth i dont think it was my diet at all that got me cut. I think it was more of all the excercise i did that kept my metabolism up. Kinda reminded me of my childhood when i was able to eat anything and still be skinny! LOL But as for the excercise, after work from monday thru friday i would go to the gym and lift(only 3 of the 5 days), then right after i would play basketball for about 3 hours. Sometimes i would rest on mondays and fridays and not do anything depending on how i felt. Saturdays and sundays as soon as i get up in the morning i would go to the track and run 2 miles, then later on in the day i would do abs/calves and then basketball for about 2 hours

I don't mean this to be offensive at all but why does it seem like black guys are so buff. I mean I look at some of these nba players who are 6'10 and who have arms bigger than my head it;s just crazy.

(in a sense that it's easier for them to pack on mass and make gains) hence the reason they can jump so well, and run so fast. but, this does have a negative side. how many black people do you see that can swim like the white guys? their bones just seem more dense, and seem to slow them down take all of this with a grain of salt please. i'm sure someone will nit-pick it and turn it around on me. but all i'm trying to say is that it's easier for african americans to gain muscle than a caucasian.
