This is probably mainly for British members, but does anyone else here use Maximuscle and if so, what is your opinion of them?

I was on Promax and found it a tad too expensive from what it does
managed to get much better gains with ON
Alot of rugger players in my school r on the promax extreme so i say that is good
what are you cosidering to go on

Well I've been taking various products of Maximuscle for a while now but I haven't tried stacking yet. I'm taking their amino acid pills ( they contrain the BCAs ) at the moment with Creatamax extreme and I guess I'm going to get an idea from that.

What is ON? Any other good supplements you would recommend in Britain?

ON is optimum nutrition, by far the best whey on the market best place to get it would be discount-supplements.co.uk Shipped within a day and its free usually £35 which is really good, i would recament choc mint

As for creatine and Nitriz oxide u cant go wrong with cell mass or No_Xplode u can get them on that website too, have alook and tell me what u think!!
