Starting next Sunday I am Switching my workout to the Max-OT

Diet: Now this is what I need to work on. I have been trying to watch my cards as much as i can. Sunday-Thurday, I mainly eat only Salads, turkey, and Grilled Chicken, and Drink only Water and diet pepsi. Fri-Sat are my cheat days and i really do not watch my cards on those days. With my work and school schedule I only get to eat about 3 times a day. I do drink protein shakes, try to get at least 2 a day.

I know my diet is what i need to really work on, but with my work and school schedule it is hard to eat 5-6 times a day.

Quickly..

Check out Zerocygnal' s journal

Since you seem to be of similar height, starting the MAX-OT program and have kinda comparable goals.

Once you get your nutrition solid, the training will really kick in. But you are most certainly on the right track from the post you made.

I' m sure I can think of a few more tips and things to consider... I' ll edit this message when I do.

Twin Peak, do you have any other suggestions on a good work out to help lose fat and gain muscle?

Any good program will achieve your goals. MAX OT is not a bad program, its just not the best, in my humble opinion.

That said, if you haven' t trained much before, give it a shot, a few months, then switch it up, and see what works best for you.

If you want specific feedback, I' ll need to know past histrory regarding training and whatnot.

I would definately reconsider this. Three days are FAR too many cheat meals. Thats almost HALF the week. I would try for one cheat meal instead. But that is just me.

Yes it is hard, especially for a busy person. Protein powders are convenient and quick meal replacements.
