i was thinking about takin either gakic, leukic or both together! but i have a few question that id like to know the answers to before i take these.. 1. what is gakic and leukic considered? ( i.e. creatine or pro hormones) 2. leukic says 100% anabolic... does that mean its a steroid? 3. gakic says ill get 10.5% stonger but will i retain that stength if i stop taking the product? 4. and has anyone takin either of these? any comments whether or not it worked for you would be great!! thanks!!

gakic will do what it says....make you 11% stronger....and in GNC its $70 for a month and online its $45 for a month, so basically ur paying all that money to make ur bench max go up 22 pounds (assuming that ur maxing at around 200 now). it seems like a product more suited for some1 whos powerlifting or going for strength, not mass

For anything to be anabolic, it has to initiate protien synthesis in the cells for it to grow. There are many ways to initiate protien synthesis. Leucine is an amino acid (part of the BCAA) is well known to be the key amino acid for protien synthesis. All leukic is : leucine + some crap attached to it. I really dont know what that crap attached to leucine does. If that is the same crap that is attached to gakic, then it is some sort of buffereing agent. If you want a low cost alternative to leukic, then you can simply purchase LEUCINE powder or BCAA capsules/tablets. Leucine powder does not fully dissolve in water and has some sort of crystalline appearence, but i add it in my protien shake anyways. BCAA capsules are really cheap and show good results as long as u follow the recommended doses. I have to see for sure whether or not leukic has greater results than normal BCAA capsules or leucine powder. Lookin forward to ur comments and results. BTW, how much did it cost?

Romeo your exactly right thas how I feel about Gakic too. Unless your powerlifting you dont need a supplement to add some weight to your max's.

Bro, don't waste your money. I can't tell you if Leukic will work, but I can tell you that Gakic was the absolute worst product I have ever took. It did absolutely nothing for me, and I have yet to meet a person who found it helpful. Gakic is almost the same thing as a product called Kic that was a failure back in the 90's. It's oldschool crap that was hyped up in today's market.
