Muscletech Celltech creatine question!

1) I'm supposed to take 2 scoops(1 serving) per day correct? 2) Do i take this on days that i DO NOT work out? 3) What is the general consensus on the safety of taking creatine? I've read a few stuff but i've been getting mixed messages. Safe? not safe? Not safe in the long run? Etc. 4) Should i divide the 1 serving into 1 scoop per cup twice a day? Or should i just drink the 1 serving whole?

Creatine to my knowledge is perfectly safe . Cell tech you are referring to : You take it on days you don't work out ( I do at least) and you do the two scoops at once but I guess it's up to you if you want to do one scoop morning/night. I think creatine is mainly effective just before you work out. Don't bother with the ''loading phase'' though.
Currently using Mri black powder, BCAAs, animal cuts, beta alanine, milk thistle, Cytosport whey, ON casein, Zmax, T bomb II, flax seed, carnitine & conjugated linoleic acid. Going to hit M-drol in the new year.
