I'm sure some others have noticed this also, but i'm going to pull it out from under the covers anyways. I've noticed ( long time ago, not recently) that there has been some...differences in size as well as shape in my biceps, triceps, and pecs. The anterior tricep of my left arm is bigger and shorter than the outer tricep of my right. Just the opposite with the posterior tricep. Also, the left pec is slightly bigger than the right. I was told that if I keep on working out regularly like I usually do and work both sides evenly they would both even out. But of course it hasn't. Has anyone else have this? Or am I doing something wrong?

this usually happens when your power side ( which ever one you are, lefty or right ) is used more then your week side. Many people have this problem... My right bicep is more defined/larger then my left. Theres nothing that i know of that can be done to fix this problem. But the difference between left and right usually arent drastic differences. dont worry about it and keep hitting the weights.

you can do more work on the left hand (if you are right handed). say you do 10x3 for biceps. do 12x3 for the left one and 10x3 for the right one. It worked for me..

switch most of your movements to dumbbells so each side works by itself. with barbell, the weaker side is helped by the dominant side, but this cannot happen when using dumbbells. for deltoids, instead of barbell military presses, do dumbbell military presses; for chest, do flat/incline/decline dumbbell presses and flyes; for biceps and triceps, do dumbbell curls and lying tricep extensions (skullcrushers) with dumbbells. after a while, everything should even out.

my left pec is heaps weaker then my right which is a little bit of my problem with my benching which isnt getting any better due to my crap arse shoulders who are in a high risk of dislocating and my left arm is also about a 1/2 inch smaller then my right and my left forearm is about 1/4 inch smaller then my right one and also right upper arm heaps more defined then my left.
